All sales are final. There are no returns on products. You may receive a full refund in the unlikely event that you do not receive your product, or if it is damaged.
Free Sale Items are not eligible for Free Shipping.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Products typically take 2-5 business days for processing and 12-25 days to arrive. We will send you tracking information once your order is leaving the warehouse and you will be able to track its progress. Tracking will be provided to the e-mail address you used to checkout. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a refund should your product be damaged and unusable.
